Mr. Schmidt has been a commercial real estate agent since 2000. He has resided in the greater Elgin area since 1987 and concentrates on clients and properties in Kane County and the far northwest suburbs. He has provided numerous clients excellent representation in the areas of selling, purchasing and leasing industrial, office, retail buildings and land. Dave has been recognized multiple times for his commercial work including being honored with the Sterling Society award and the Bronze Circle of Distinction Dave brings experience in marketing and salesmanship as the founder and owner of Progressive Publications, Inc. He built his sales and marketing company from the ground up and serviced businesses advertising needs all over the greater Chicagoland area. He has sold his company and now focuses his professional skills on servicing his commercial real estate clients. In addition to his marketing abilities he brings to the commercial team, knowledge and experience regarding large-scale commercial construction and the ability to work with general contractors, architects and developers. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Speech Communications from Maranatha College. He is a member of the Northern Illinois Commercial Association of Realtors, the Illinois Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He is actively involved in several charitable, church and ministry organizations including past Chairman of the Board of Directors for Riverwoods Christian Center in St. Charles.
