Premier Commercial Realty is proud to announce that Linda Kost has joined our firm bringing with her over 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Her primary emphasis has been in retail development and brokerage. Linda started her career with Coldwell Banker Commercial as a retail-leasing specialist with an emphasis in landlord representation. After CBRE she joined The Crown Group, Hoffman Estates, IL as a retail partner specializing in site acquisition, retail development, entitlement, investment sales and brokerage in Northern IL and Southern WI. Thereafter she partnered with Centerville Properties, Algonquin, IL and assumed project management responsibilities with an emphasis in mixed use, office, and apartment and land development. Linda has completed hundreds of leases in her career and assisted in the development or sales of over $300 million dollars worth of projects. Some of her past clients includes Dominicks, Piggly Wiggly Supermarkets, Walgreens, True Value, The RoomPlace, The Great Escape, Wild Berry Pancakes & Cafe and Sylvan Learning Center. Most recently Linda has been assisting clients with workouts and bank relations. Linda in a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, ICSC, and the Northern Illinois Commercial Associations of Realtors, NICAR. In her personal time, Linda serves as a trustee and is an officer on Elgin Academys Board of Trustee. She is an avid tennis player and also enjoys yoga, walking, gardening and reading. Linda resides with her husband, daughter and three yellow labs in Algonquin, IL Linda Kost is excited to join Premier Commercial Realty and she will continue to use her talents and expertise to assist clients with their various real estate requirements.
